Time Team gets up close and personal

A Midlands venue-finding agency has been launched with the promise of putting inside knowledge of the hotel industry at the clients’ disposal. Nuneaton-based Time Team Conferences has been established by David Tremmil, former sales director of the Coventry Royal Court Hotel, and Lee Brooks, who worked at the Coventry Britannia City Centre Hotel. The directors have over 20 years of hotel experience between them and will offer a personalised service, says Tremmil. "There is a plethora of venue finders out there but our background and contacts means we know venues inside out," said Tremmil. "We understand what hotels have to go through and can help clients pick the most appropriate property." Time Team will operate its service free, collecting commission from the properties booked. Tremmil says the size of the agency means that clients will be handled closely. "With some agencies, you make the booking and they forget about you." The agency already has a host of blue-chip clients including Powergen, HSBC, Sainsbury, RBS and Capita.
