New First Protocol identity highlights the firm’s outlook

Event management agency First Protocol has launched a new identity and brand offering that aims to highlight the evolution of the company and its direction as a "young, creative and innovative group". Richard Waddington, chief executive of the agency, believed it was necessary to update the brand to reflect both the internal expansion and the external environment. "When I set up the company with Mark Riches in October 1996 it was just the two of us and the old identity represented that, but now we have 20 full-time members of staff and both the service offering and marketplace have changed incredibly," commented Waddington. "Our new strap line is ‘Precision in the Art of Communication’ and the new identity will reflect what we do and how we work with clients," he said.
