Jarvis Woodhouse and Key2 combine skills

Jarvis Woodhouse, the communications, incentive and event management consultancy, has merged with incentive company Key2. Jarvis Woodhouse managing director Wayne Moss said: "We’ve been working with Key2 on its new interactive motivational programme over a number of months and our existing client base has been testing it. We had the clients and Key2 had the programme, so it seemed like the right move to combine our skills set." The programme, called Dream World, can be tailored for individual or group incentives and adapted to suit a range of motivational schemes, including travel. "The programme is totally flexible and line managers can adjust targets," added Moss. The merger is part of a larger expansion strategy for Jarvis Woodhouse. The agency aims to develop different ways to manage and measure the effectiveness of incentive programmes and is looking to grow the specialist area of web-based corporate incentive programmes. The new company will continue to trade under the name Jarvis Woodhouse.
