Monaco emphasises its cultural offerings

Monaco is repositioning its C&I offer by placing an emphasis on spa and cultural products. A new slogan, ‘Le nouveau sens’, has been launched by the Monaco Government Tourist and Convention Authority, and a series of events organised to highlight the country’s appeal as a major health and cultural destination. These include the launch of a Simply Spa concept by the Thermes Marins de Monte-Carlo, the opening of spa property Le Port Palace, plus a range of new incentive products, themed around Monaco’s cultural assets such as the Monte Carlo Ballet. A new tourism brochure will be published in February. Monaco Government Tourist and Convention Authority president Michel Bouquier stressed Monaco’s appeal as a "good-value, high-scale C&I destination. We want people to look beyond the clichés". "Monaco has more than casinos and can provide organisers with attractive offers, particularly in low season," he added.
