CTO commissions survey to develop marketing project

Cyprus Tourism Organisation (CTO) is to commission a study into the state of its C&I market. An external company will be recruited to undertake the research, the findings of which will be used by the CTO to form a comprehensive marketing plan, and could result in the formation of a dedicated convention bureau. "The study will enable us to look into the potential of this market and form a definite action plan," said CTO London office director Orestis Rossides. "It is our intention to develop the C&I industry as a high-yield market and to combat seasonality." The study’s findings will be announced at the end of the year.
