Rocco Forte set to prioritise C&I with plan debut

Rocco Forte Hotels outlined details of a plan to boost C&I business during its debut appearance at last month’s Confex exhibition. The hotel chain has launched a scheme called The Business. This aims to fulfil 15 guarantees to C&I buyers, including a response to enquiries within 24 hours and a single point of contact for each tailor-made event. The offer also includes the launch of a loyalty scheme that gives buyers the chance to collect reward points. The scheme will be outlined to UK buyers via direct mail and sales calls. It comes following a survey the hotel group carried out last year among agencies, which highlighted their needs.
