Malta checks on its supplier offer with interviews

The Malta Tourism Authority (MTA) is researching C&I suppliers in a bid to improve its offer. The island’s DMCs will be interviewed face to face. Topics covered will include average expenditure, venues and number of delegates. The MTA claims the information will be used to improve its product. The results will be presented in November this year. Meanwhile, Malta is growing its offer with two new venues. The five-star Inter-Continental opens this autumn and the convention centre, with a capacity of 1,400 theatre-style, opens in February.
