TCCG expands event arm with four new chiefs

The Completely Creative Group (TCCG) has relaunched its event management arm with four new directors. Minds’ Eye EMS (Event Management Services) will focus on live events, team building, conferences and incentive travel. It is based in Hertford and has 21 staff. "Previously, the event management arm ran as a division of TCCG with just 11 staff in our Croydon office," said TCCG managing director Richard Hannah. "But we have expanded and taken over a farm in Hertford to accommodate our needs." Hannah will remain managing director of Minds’ Eye while Andy Judson joins as director of events. Neil Harvey is creative director, Maria Rivers and Chris Leake are executive directors and Grahame Nelson retains his position as technical director. "We wanted to bring the creation of team-building events and equipment hire in-house so we could offer a full service at a better price," said Hannah. "Most companies outsource these services so that hikes up prices but we can do all that under one roof now." Hannah believes Minds’ Eye will become an internationally known company by 2006 with an annual turnover in the region of £10m.
