Hotel group in staff reshuffle

Hotel group Sun International has restructured its European focus by appointing its first incentives representative in the UK. Katrina Frazer, who previously worked at Sun International property Table Bay in Cape Town, is now based in the UK as C&I manager. "The restructure will allow us to have someone in the UK focusing on our properties, including five major Southern African resorts," said marketing director Steve Donnelly. "Incentive programmes make up 30% of our business and the lion’s share of that comes from the UK, so it is important for us. Having direct representation in this country will be more effective for existing and potential clients alike."
