ITMA training workshop on incentive travel

The ITMA is to hold a one-day training workshop, entitled Incentive Travel in Action, on 27 February at the Novotel London West. Designed for newcomers to the industry and for those with up to three year’s industry experience, it is also targeted at suppliers such as hotels, DMCs and tourist offices. Industry practitioners will address the skills needed to service the market. “Delegates will be told how incentive travel fits into the corporate marketing mix,” said ITMA executive director Charles Robinson. “As far as we know, this is the only workshop of its kind for those offering motivational travel programmes.” Places are restricted to 40 delegates and the cost is £110 for ITMA members, £150 for non-members.
