Reed to create ultimate listing

EIBTM organiser Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE) is to develop what it claims will be “the world’s most comprehensive database of buyers and sellers” in the meetings and incentive sector. Expected to take two years to reach its optimum performance level, the system will draw on RTE’s 11 regional sector-specific shows throughout the world, including the Geneva-based EIBTM and AIME in Melbourne. RTE managing director Tom Nutley said the development had been in the pipeline for a while. However, he had waited to proceed until he was satisfied that “the latest IT solution for a crucial one-stop, paper-free business proposition was fully operational”.
