Start-up promises combined service

An event management and PR firm has launched with the aim of pulling in expected billings of around £250,000 for its first year. IncrediBull has been set up by two directors – TV presenter, author and doctor, David Bull and Richard Parkinson, previously at PA Consulting Group. Clients already on its roster include Hewlett-Packard, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and IT firm Morgan Perry International. “We started up on our own because we felt that there was a gap in the marketplace for our type of firm,” said Parkinson. “Clients often use PR and event management firms but so many want both companies to project the same message that they are looking for a one-stop shop. We can manage an event and direct the promotion of it to create a consistent theme. “We also see a gap in the market for a company that provides our expertise at an affordable price,” he added. “And we are looking to expand rapidly too. We want to take our staff numbers up from five to seven by the end of the year and are also looking at potential acquisitions.” Events the firm is running include a Hewlett-Packard conference in Cyprus, and a launch event for Morgan Perry International.
