What's the lowdown? Pickled Egg was launched by sales director Ricky Knight in 2003 as a corporate events agency. It has since developed into a specialised incentive management and communications operation and is currently rebranding.
Targeting any sectors? "Telecoms and electronics are high up on our list but we're happy to work with any sector," says Knight. "The fundamentals of successful incentives are the same across the board."
Client list: Includes Samsung, Lexmark and Philips.
Dream client? "There are quite a few. The Virgin Group is one: we can relate to the forward-thinking ethos. We have a list of dream clients on the wall and we've already ticked a lot off. We won't stop until we've got them all," adds Knight.
Currently pitching for A large UK insurance firm and a global electronics giant, as well as an event on Sir Richard Branson's Caribbean idyll, Necker Island.
Five-year plan: "To continue with our current pace of growth," states Knight. "To excel within the incentives sector and for the company to become an industry figurehead - and to have lots of fun along the way!"
