Diary: Time Bandit - Chris Jolly, Visit Sweden

30% - Helping agencies and corporates with suggestions for trips to Sweden and with RFPs. It's all about getting them in contact with the right people.

25% - Researching and organising fam trips to Sweden. I have to make sure I get the right kind of corporates and agencies in front of our Swedish supplier partners.

15% - Attending networking events and industry meetings, particularly Eventia and MPI. You make some great contacts and reinforce existing relationships.

15% - Taking part in fam trips. These are many and varied and I can end up doing everything from city tours to dog sledding in Lapland.

10% - Helping supplier partners in Sweden to interact with contacts in the UK. This can be anything from talking through trends in the market to advising people new to the market how to interact with British buyers.

2% - Having afternoon Fika. Fika is a fantastic Swedish institution and roughly means 'coffee break'. The drink is normally accompanied by some kind of snack and so we get through a hell of a lot of cinnamon buns!

1% - Helping out with any IT issues that come up in the Visit Sweden office. I'm a bit of an all-rounder.

1% - Deleting spam emails from questionable sources, which offer me all manner of medicines and enhancements that I don't need.

1% - Enjoying a well-deserved post-work drink with colleagues after a day in the office.
