The group made a £1.23m pre-tax profit in the six months to 30 June 2007, up almost a third on last year's £939,000. Motivcom's gross profit for the period was £7.01m, up 11% on last year.
Divisional managing director Nigel Cooper said he anticipates the remainder of 2007 will produce even better figures: "We are expecting to make significantly more profit in the next six months," he said.
The results follow Motivcom's £1.5m acquisition of Motivation Travel Management last month, which is being merged with Archer Young and rebranded AYMTM.
September also saw P&MM retain the Land Rover global event management account for a further three years following a five-way pitch.
