Agencies bowed to procurement, now to end pitch battle

Over the past ten years, C&I agencies have really striven to raise their game. They have gone to great lengths to understand their clients' businesses and to anticipate their needs. After an initial indignation, they are disciplined to meet procurement's requirements, producing forests of credentials on request, often at unreasonably short notice.
