- Clouds gather over the incentives sector as the Inland Revenue takes a close interest in 'benefits in kind' on the new tax return form. Employers are now obliged to inform staff of the value of any such benefits, which include incentives. HM Customs & Excise is also revising its regulations, provoking the ITMA to draw up a set of self-assessment guidelines.
