Planning a transatlantic incentive for a group of 120 isn't much sweat for most planners, but when all the delegates are fellow event organisers, you can allow for a few jitters. So as Universal CIT, the agency that boasts a client list including Pfizer, Kimberly-Clark and Lilly, gears up for its 30th year, Patrick Collins is understandably tight-lipped about the plans to bring together the team of 55 from Universal's two US offices, as well as the 65 UK employees for a celebratory bash.
