Venue Focus - United Kingdom - Floating hotel planned for London's Docklands in 2002

Harbour Quay Hotels is seeking planning permission to build a 200-room, state-of-the-art floating hotel, due to open in 2002. The yacht will be permanently moored in London's Docklands, near Canary Wharf Aiming at the top end of the market, the company plans 20 custom-built vessels within the next ten years and will moor them at strategic business centres throughout the world.
