Venue Focus - United Kingdom - Berkshire Saxon castle converts to conference centre

The Castle, a 500-year-old venue built by monks during the Saxon period in Berkshire, has been converted into a restaurant and conference centre. Catering for up to 70 delegates, the venue has three separate dining and meeting areas, all of which have been restored as part of the month-long project. The venue offers a day delegate rate of pounds 39 per person, which includes a breakfast of bacon rolls, a two-course lunch, coffee and home-made baking, plus use of equipment and stationery.
