Opinion - Sounding Off - Honesty is vital for dmc and agencies

We received a fax this year from one of our preferred destination management companies (dmcs). They advised us, out of the blue, that they no longer wished to work with us, as we were not confirming enough business. They felt we were taking their ideas and venues and going direct. I have to point out that no evidence of the latter was provided, even when asked for.
