Treat your staffers right or risk falling behind your rivals

It was good to see, in the September issue of CIT, how agencies are using incentives to motivate their own staff. This is not as obvious a development as might be expected, given that most businesses reflect the fate of the cobbler's children: solicitors never make their wills, marriage guidance counsellors make lousy spouses and plumbers' cisterns are notoriously leaky.
