Enterkine, a country house-style hotel near Ayr in south-west Scotland, has undergone renovation from a private home to a five-star hotel over the past 18 months. Accommodation consists of six suites and each is individually designed. The hotel also provides an on-site restaurant, which prides itself on using local organic produce.
