What's the story?
Carnival Corporation last month launched a website dedicated solely to the C&I market. The consortium, billed as the world's largest fleet, resulted from the merger of Carnival Corporation and P&O Princess Cruises in 2003.
It now looks after Costa Cruises, Seabourn Cruise Line, Ocean Village and Swan Hellenic, among others.
What's the aim of the site?
To display information and data from all ten Carnival brands, giving C&I organisers a platform to weigh up options from 77 different ships.
Groups ranging in size from 20 to 3,400 can be accommodated for anything from overnight trips to full-length itineraries. It also outlines the benefits of holding a meeting or incentive at sea.
Any other features?
There's a list of all the destinations covered and advice on staging an event or chartering a ship, but it's more of an information source than an interactive tool.
What's the site itself like?
Simple to navigate and cleanly designed. There is a full column of links to individual websites of the ten brands.
