The Hertfordshire-based agency was taken over by P&MM in a £682,000 deal earlier this year (CIT, March), but it is continuing to operate as it did before.
Sandra Collins joins as divisional director responsible for the motivation, reward and recognition sector, while Natalie Gunson becomes sales and marketing director.
"The two of us are really looking forward to helping build on the Archer Young brand," said Collins, who had been with P&MM for three years.
"There's going to be a new business focus and these are effectively new roles, so they should really add to the motivation and incentive side of Archer Young's offer," she added.
Nigel Cooper, managing director of both agencies said: "These two important senior appointments demonstrate our commitment to build on Archer Young as a strong independent brand. Both Sandra and Natalie have shown they have all the skills and experience to drive Archer Young forward successfully."
