Yorkshire's public perception is again under the spotlight, but the reason is not Sheffield shaking off its industrial background, nor Harrogate fighting against its spa town image. Instead, much of the county has been submerged underwater in recent months, with local businesses badly affected as a result. But the fightback has already begun: Yorkshire remains determined to push itself as a C&I destination, come what may.
