What's to tell?
The Hotel Booking Agents Association (HBAA) website is the online arm of the industry specialists in hotel and conference bookings. It is more of a practical guide to the organisation and its members than an interactive tool.
What features does it have?
There's an extensive Q&A section providing simple answers to basic questions. It also details some of the more esoteric aspects of the association. Also included are a full member list, details of training courses and an excellent selection of links. The HBAA charter, code of conduct and mission statement also feature. Overall, this is a valuable port of call for anyone looking to find out more about what the association represents.
Is there anything else of interest?
There's an acronym buster for those who don't know their BAPCOs from their GOPARs, a comprehensive contacts section for committee members and a downloadable brochure. A members-only section is also available.
What about the look of the site itself?
It's functional rather than flashy, but nothing if not easy to navigate.
