Diary: Revel at your peril is a Christmas message
Office Christmas parties are immensely enjoyable, even if they do generate mountainous amounts of woe and regret afterwards. The Crown Hotel in Bawtry, ever mindful of its clients' welfare, has forewarned revellers by way of a stringent list of dos and don'ts for the big night. These include "don't fight with colleagues" and "don't take to the dance floor if you don't know what the music is". Granted, it might not be wise to crack the MD around the chops, but who can distinguish between The Beatles and the Birdie Song after ten pints anyway?
