Industry needs to be released from restraint of bonds

For more years than I care to remember, the ATOL debate has raged, with bonded organisers competing against those who either ignore the regulations or have persuaded clients to work in a way that avoids the requirement to hold a bond. For some time, the industry has been calling for passengers to receive the same protection.
