Venue Focus: Royal seaside residence attracts groups

Osborne House, Queen Victoria and Prince Albert's home by the sea, has opened its doors to C&I delegates. The historic Isle of Wight venue features a host of areas for events including the Durbar room, bedecked with artefacts from India, the Terrace restaurant overlooking the gardens and the private beach. The Durbar Lawn can accommodate a marquee for up to 2,500 guests. Receptions can also be held in the Walled Garden, the Swiss Cottage Garden and the terraces. Tel: 01983 200022.
