FIRST OFF: Communication: the key to a happy year

Two events last November convincingly demonstrate the need for the meetings industry to get together regularly to discuss those issues that matter most. The First National Conference on Business Tourism (p4) and CIT's own forum (p18) both gave organisers and suppliers the chance to meet face to face - and the feedback from each of these goes to show how essential such dialogue really is.
