FIRST OFF: Abuse of hospitality leaves a bitter taste

Heard the one about the conference organiser who went on two fam trips in a month - both to the same destination? If that doesn't sound particularly funny, it's because abuse of educationals and organised hospitality is no laughing matter. Product showcases and fam trips have become a prevalent marketing tool in our industry, but there seems little point in priming sales people and carefully arranging a programme without checking the credentials of your guests.
