It would be fascinating if it wasn't so frightening to see the way some employers in our industry are behaving, now that the chill economic winds are really beginning to bite. In one company, staff are describing themselves as "depressed", "guilty" and "insecure". And these people are the so-called lucky ones who have survived the latest round of redundancies.
