Combine work and play under the Monaco sun

If it's year-round Mediterranean climate, abundance of world-class venues and inspiring luxury experiences weren't enough to tempt you to hold a winter event in Monaco, then this latest offer from the Principality definitely will.

Combine work and play under the Monaco sun with a meeting or conference at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo and recently opened One Monte-Carlo Conference Centre, which together with Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, form Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer’s (SBM) new business tourism hub on Casino square.

Right at the heart of Monaco, overlooking the port and just a short distance from the Casino, Hôtel Hermitage is a Belle Epoque gem that offers a haven of peace in the heart of the Principality.

Overlooking the Mediterranean, the historic five-star property’s 278 rooms and suites are furnished to the highest of standards, while its 14 flexible meeting and banqueting spaces can host events of all types.

Here, Chef Benoit Witz presents the most exquisite banquets. You can hold one in the Salle Belle Epoque – an opulent, seven-metre high hall shimmering with old-world splendour for up to 400 guests – or on its terrace facing the Prince’s Palace.

And for your stay to be a complete success, your guests can relax at the Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo (directly accessible from the hotel) free of charge after a busy day of meetings.

Meanwhile, just minutes from the hotel on Casino Square, the new One Monte-Carlo offers nine meeting spaces, each of which bears the name of an artist who has made a mark on Monaco’s history, capable of hosting everything from small intimate meetings and presentations to larger conferences and product launches.

The conference centre’s impressive plenary room, which accommodates up to 300, is the identical reproduction of the legendary Salle des Arts in the former Palais des Beaux-Arts, preserving the building’s Art Deco heritage.

Other spaces include an auditorium seating up to 82 and a large foyer offering a variety of uses, while the two-tonne service lift can facilitate exhibitions of cars during product launches or events.

This winter, groups requiring a minimum of 15 rooms can qualify for special rates starting from €195 bed and breakfast at the Hôtel Hermitage for events held before 31 March 2020, as well as choose two exclusive extras from the following:

• A glass of champagne for all your participants at the One-Monte-Carlo Conference Centre.
• VIP welcome awaiting all your participants in their bedrooms.
• Transfer by helicopter from Nice airport to Monaco for up to 10 VIPs.
• A visit to the Resort accompanied by your favourite sales rep

In addition to the special winter offer, there are many benefits to be gained by combining an event at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo and One Monte-Carlo Conference Centre. The entire event itinerary can be easily planned across the two venues, and organisers can manage their event using the services of a single project manager, creating unforgettable experiences for their delegates with minimum effort.
