Some 260 event professionals attended the Hire Space Awards at the National Gallery in central London for a cocktail reception, three-course dinner and awards ceremony.

The awards were celebrated the best of the events industry - by recognising and rewarding the UK’s "hard-working, innovative and forward-thinking" venues and event bookers.

The three-course dinner came courtesy of Peyton Events in the venue’s Wohl Room, with entertainment from Nathan Hassall Music.

Edward Poland, co-founder of Hire Space said: "This was a wonderful evening in a beautiful setting, celebrating some of the events world’s most forward-thinking venues and event organisers.

"We’re hugely grateful to all sponsors and partners who made the evening possible."
