Some 260 event professionals attended the Hire Space Awards at the National Gallery in central London for a cocktail reception, three-course dinner and awards ceremony.
The awards were celebrated the best of the events industry - by recognising and rewarding the UK’s "hard-working, innovative and forward-thinking" venues and event bookers.
The three-course dinner came courtesy of Peyton Events in the venue’s Wohl Room, with entertainment from Nathan Hassall Music.
Edward Poland, co-founder of Hire Space said: "This was a wonderful evening in a beautiful setting, celebrating some of the events world’s most forward-thinking venues and event organisers.
"We’re hugely grateful to all sponsors and partners who made the evening possible."
On awards night, held on October 17, BMA House and The House of St Barnabus became the first venue to retain awards for two consecutive years.
Both held on to the Greenest Venue and Venue in the Community awards respectively.
There were more than 300 submissions for the awards, with winners drawn from a panel of industry judges including Bupa events lead Virginia Figuero and PA Consulting Group head of events Lauren Wakefield.
