CAA move to close loopholes reopens UK package issue

The recent Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) clamp-down on the loophole that enables operators to sell split-travel packages (the separate sale of package travel components), raises the spectre of the UK's interpretation of the EU Package Travel Directive.
