Three new hires for Principal Global Events

Senior sourcing manager, project manager and a senior project executive to work on new client wins.

Principal Global Events has moved to strengthen its operations team with three new members of staff to support new client wins for 2019 and 2020.

As the agency celebrates its 25th anniversary, a number of new projects have been confirmed meaning three new hires alongside internal promotions for three key members of the existing staff.

Vicki Laurie takes the newly created role of senior sourcing manager, bringing 16 years of MICE agency experience. Laurie has worked in operations, researching/venue find, proposal writing and supplier liaison. For the past three years, she has been working with Touch Associates, before that working in a business development role for Radisson Group and Sofitel, and has worked for DMCs and BCD.

Emma Casbolt joins as project manager, bringing five years experience including working at Clive Agency, Seven Events Sunlinc DMC in Barbados.

Christina Alexander recently joined as senior project executive, having previously worked for Bank Sadler for four years.

Anupa White, co-founder and director of Principal Global Events said: "The development of a strong team is key to our business strategy and that is why this year we decided to introduce new measures to support the team including the creation of the new role of senior sourcing manager and the introduction of a number of employee benefits which reward, inspire and support the overall wellbeing of all the members of the Principal family." 

Internal moves also see Lauren Keen promoted to senior project manager, Emma Macphie becomes a project manager and Anna Kyprianou takes on a senior project executive role.
