C&IT set to become leading global MICE brand

C&IT to go global after growth in local market and expanding its reach in the USA and Asia.

C&IT Magazine is set to become a global MICE brand by merging with sister publication CEI in Asia and expanding its reach in the APAC region.

Following the success of the inaugural US forum in November 2018, the magazine will also be distributed in the US market.

The merging of CEI and C&IT will mean that the combined reach, expertise and insight of the two brands will allow event planners all over the world to keep up-to-date with trends in both their local and international markets.

CEI will adopt the C&IT name and will be run by the team based in Haymarket’s global HQ led by business director Kelly McAlpin, commercial director Rob Aldhouse and editor Calum Di Lieto.

"This is an exhilarating time for the brand," says McAlpin.

"We have continued to evolve and listen to our clients and audience needs and believe that our global expansion plan will enable us to engage and connect MICE audiences and suppliers around the world, through print, online and live events. The future for C&IT is very exciting!"
