First C&IT Surgery taking place 11 June

Meet five 'surgeons' who will cure your event headaches once and for all...

The first ever C&IT Surgery, in partnership with Cvent, is a one-day event in London that has called in some of the industry’s finest event ‘surgeons’ to provide swift and effective treatments to all your event-based ailments.

Join fellow event organisers from top brands and agencies such as Walgreens Boots Alliance, CWT Meetings & Events and Shelton Fleming for an interactive day filled with a lively panel and intimate clinics where you’ll examine topics such as: The invisible workload, personalisation, how technology can help sustainability, event marketing, and the experience economy.

"Cvent is excited to be partnering with C&IT on the C&IT Surgery, all the topics are very close to our heart," said Jamie Vaughan, head of European sales Cvent.

"As a technology provider, we aim to help our clients reinvent their events, whether through engagement such as personalisation, gamification and audience interaction, or helping event organisers with the handling of their data to ensure they are able to prove ROI."

Judy Elvey, marketing director at Cvent, added: "Sustainability is a hot topic across the world at the moment. Events have a big part to play and the industry needs to be demonstrating their commitment to more sustainable events, now and into the future."
