Sherri Ferren will co-lead the LA office, overseeing new business development, creative and strategy.

George P. Johnson (GPJ) has hired Sherri Ferren as senior vice president.

Based in Los Angeles, Ferren will lead the LA office along with Mike Rossi, EVP of operations and acting GM. She will also oversee new business development, account services, creative and strategy.

Ferren has worked on and managed accounts for some of the world’s biggest brands including Mitsubishi, Toyota, Google and Amazon.

"GPJ has been a pioneer for decades, leading some of the most groundbreaking programmes and I’m eager to jump in and work alongside some of the best talents in the industry to bring new creative programming to life," said Ferren

Chris Meyer, CEO of GPJ, added: "We’ve had our eye on Sherri for years and her remarkable work speaks for itself. We are thrilled to have her join GPJ as her expertise will provide a fresh perspective to help drive new business for the office as well as help enhance the team culture."

In addition to her roles at Mitsubishi and Jack Morton, before joining GPJ Ferren ran her own independent experiential shop, The Ferren Agency, where she supported brands like Intel, 2K, Toyota Financial Services and Microsoft.
