Worldspan has expanded its UK operations with the opening of a Liverpool office.

Located on the city’s historic waterfront, Liverpool joins Worldspan’s other existing office locations in Manchester, London and North Wales.

The Liverpool office will be headed up by Worldspan’s head of production & technical services, Ian Rubert, working alongside project manager, Mel Underwood, and will serve as the agency’s creative production hub.

"We are delighted to see continued growth within our creative production services," said Sophie Morris, Worldspan’s managing director.

"The decision to have Liverpool as our creative production hub was always part of our business planning and, on the back of such strong growth within this area of the business, we felt that this was the right time to make the investment."

Rubert added: "It is incredibly exciting to be able to draw on the wealth of amazing creative talent in Liverpool and the wider north-west region. I am looking forward to growing our services and team further."
