Five medical associations heading to Birmingham

Associations coming to the city in 2020 and 2021 include the Royal College of Physicians and Psychological Society.

The ICC Birmingham will welcome five medical conferences in 2020 and 2021. The associations holding their events at the venue are the Royal College of Physicians (April 2020), Psychological Society (July 2021), Association of Surgeons in Training (March 2020), British Orthodontic Society (October 2021) and the UK Interdisciplinary Breast Cancer Symposium (January 2020).

Donna Cunningham, ICC & Vox sales director said: "The connectivity of a venue is of paramount importance to medical associations, both nationally and internationally in addition to outstanding conferencing facilities.

"We are consistently driving the ICC’s association proposition, diversifying into new markets as well as ensuring we continue to exceed expectations and nurture relationships with retained clients."

In 2018 the venue welcomed the 2,000 strong British Orthopaedic Association Centenary Congress, and this year is set to host the British Society for Rheumatology, British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health to name just a few.
