Drp has celebrated a record 2018, with 47.6% growth and an increase in sales to over £31.5m.
The agency also made a major acquisition with HMX in September. CEO Dale Parmenter commented that: "HMX is an established, creative and distinguished agency which we are very much looking forward to welcoming into our team and bringing their expertise into our business."
Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2017, released in October 2018, showed that turnover went from £16m in 2016 to £19.9m in 2017 and gross profit increased from £9.4m to £11m.
Parmenter called 2018 "an incredible year" citing Drp’s 47.6% growth and increase of sales to over £31.5M. He added that: "We’ve also recruited 82 new team members, 21 new clients, the acquisition of HMX communications, over 30 industry award wins and 33 completed CSR projects.
In 2019 you can expect to see the same momentum we have an ambitious £1.5M investment programme in new facilities and infrastructure.
"We expect to increase the team to over 320 by the end of the year, we will be breaking into new sectors and markets and we are still looking a future acquisitions. 2019 will also be the launch pad for our 40th Anniversary in 2020," he said.
