Trondheim’s Britannia hotel dates back to 1870 and will become an international five-star hotel with 245 brand new rooms and 11 suites with six restaurants and bars.
It has conference facilities for 300 people, 13 meetings rooms with the latest technology installed as well as a spa and gym.
Its head chef will be Christopher Davidson, the silver winner of the international chef competition Bocuse d’Or 2017.
