New head of organisational development at Ashfield

Janina Monaghan has been repositioned as head of organisational development as agency focuses on culture and communications.

Former head of global sales support Janina Monaghan, takes on the role of head of organisational development at Ashfield Meetings & Events. Her new role is largely focused around the employees of Ashfield and SPARK THINKING.

Monaghan said: "Fundamentally, we are a people industry; I am really excited to be driving an active role in shaping the journey of our people at Ashfield and SPARK THINKING.  

"It will enable me to focus my attentions on bringing our values and culture to life.  My own journey will switch from creating delegate experiences to enhancing the employee experience through organisational development, which will in turn provide a better service for our clients."

Fiona Geeson has joined the agency managing a marketing team based in both the UK and the US. Her role will be to promote Ashfield Meetings & Events’ global full service capabilities within the healthcare sector.
