Venues and Events International wins AXA contract

Events agency will provide venue-finding services for the insurance firm's meetings programme.

Venues and Events International has won a new contract with AXA, to provide a venue finding service for their meetings programme.

Insurance giant AXA has previously used multiple agencies for venue finding but the decision was made to go to tender for one sole agency for a three-year contract.

Gareth Richards, procurement category manager at AXA explained why the contract was awarded to Venues and Events International: "The team at Venues and Events International excelled in their communication and demonstrated expertise in their venue knowledge.

"Their ability to understand the brand culture at AXA came across at presentation stage and we knew they would be a good fit culturally with our team."

Anita Lowe, CEO of Venues and Events International added: "To have another major brand appoint Venues and Events International in recent months is an accolade to the team and their commitment to ensure we continue to excel in our service delivery."
