James Kent has joined ETM Europe as sales director, taking on the responsibility for leading the agency’s sales strategy and driving new business growth.

ETM Europe general manager Mike Leeson said: "This is a hugely exciting time for ETM Europe, as a combination of new business wins and the development of existing customer partnerships drives continued double-digit growth across the live events, meetings and group travel areas of our business."

Kent joins from Venues & Events International and also recently held the role of head of customer engagement at Capita Travel & Events.

He said: "The company is going through a really exciting phase and I am looking forward to drawing on my experience within sales and account development to help drive this planned growth strategy."
