Owner and director Samantha Stirrup said: "Having Neill join the team brings additional experience, drive and customer focus that will help the company accelerate its plans to be an industry leader in continuing to produce outstanding corporate events."
Chill Out is Berkshire-based, full-service events agency that started more than 14 years ago, planning IT and web marketing corporate events.
The company has just reported a record year of sales and profit, hitting £4.8m turnover.
