GOTO Events makes senior-level hires

Steven Reid joins to head up the operations team and Tom Bryant has been appointed event sales manager.

GOTO Events has hired Steven Reid as operations director. He comes from a long international operational career, having previously worked for BP in oil and gas and Atomic Energy Authority Technology.

Reid will be in charge of the logistics of over 600 events a year around the UK & Europe. His leadership skills and process management will be pivotal to new systems and ways of working bringing

Steve Perkins, managing director of GOTO Events said: "As we continue to grow and organise more events, our operations function becomes even more complex. Having Steven on board with such a high level of experience and expertise is a real blessing. We’re excited about new ways of working and change."

Tom Bryant also joins as event sales manager, as part of the reactive sales team responsible for team-building and corporate events.

Bryant will become a core member of the team responsible for inbound inquiries. He will focus on client management and conversion of all inbound leads for a portfolio of over 100 teambuilding events.
