In December 2017, BCD M&E also acquired Grass Roots Meetings and Events.

Nigel Cooper, managing director of BCD M&E EMEA, said: "It has been an incredible year, we’ve grown as a business both physically and in our outlook which is underscored by these impressive figures.

"Of course the credit for this has to be passed to our people who have given their support, enthusiasm and passion to build the business. We have come a very long way and their commitment and professionalism has been the bedrock and cornerstone of our success."

In this year’s C&IT Top 50 event agencies, BCD M&E came fifth with figures including Grass Roots M&E.
